Are there any addons out there that might enhance performance?

My GTX-460 died, currently running on an Intel while waiting for one, which is going to be for a while. Are there any addons out there that might enhance performance? I don't have much installed to begin with and my settings are running on lowest.

If you're running on an Intel, you're probably shit outta luck.

Some of this can't be used in multiplayer games. But you can get more FPS by making some settings absurdly low.
