Total played time on all servers combined + singleplayer

After hearing that the only counted time for the Addict achievement etc. is the actual played time (not time spent in menu, loading screens etc.) that means being connected to a server with a map or the singleplayer mode and also after hearing there exists a command for this type of time, I just wanted to know: What is the command line? Some guy on a random forum mentioned it, but after hours of research I found nothing :/ does it even exist?

That's not a command, that's a Lua function.

Then there is no command. You could just run lua_run_cl print(achievements.GetCount (id_for_playtime)) in single-player.
