How to make the MURDER gamemode map cycle randomly

I was used a mapvote addon for the gmod murder server.
There are 23 maps on the server, but people always playing italy, clue, dust, minecraft..

So i deleted a mapvote and trying to using a mapcycle file in data/murder/maplist.txt - but maps are not randomly changing. It just sequencely rotate.

The question is how to make map cycle to random?

I've seen many people post about having a randomized mapcycle for gmod servers, so I decided to make a python script that randomizes the lines in the mapcycle.txt file every time you run it.
