Is there a model anywhere for the Soviet HazMat soldier that appears in Rebirth in Black Ops for GMod???

I've looked everywhere but I can't find a model :(
I swear I saw this in a Black Ops player model pack.
It had the ragdolls and player model... Sadly I can't find it either. At least I tried to find them for ya, heh..
What is the name of the hazmat in real life?
