My Garry's mod isn't working, Help guys!

Hey Guys, well the title explains it all, and i'm getting annoyed that i can't play my favorite game. I'll be on the first stage of loading, and not even get to the new blue bar loading section. When i do get it working, i'm getting 5 FPS, and all my other games work fine. Usual FPS: 50

What i've tried doing:

Deleteing and reinstalling GMOD
Deleting Cache files
Defrag through steam client
Deleting EVERYTHING to do with GMOD

What i've considering doing:

Bludgening my PC with a staple gun

Any help greatly appreciated
