[Help finding] Vipers operators skin question

Im new here and i have been looking all over the internet for skins for Vipers operators, either ACU MARPAT or MULTICAM because i have seen images of that floating around on google and when i ask the sources where they got it from or if they made it themselves they all said they found it

i have been using garrysmod since 2005 so im not a mingebag and i only need help finding something like these if they exist thanks :D, oh and if this is in the wrong category on the forums i apologize ill delete and repost somewhere else
