What are the best shop mods out there for servers that aren't running city rp? I'm currently using GoldenForge, but would prefer it if you could purchase player models as well, and if I could get one that was still updated. Any suggestions?

You can just add items to GoldenForge for player models.
Are there any shops that let you purchase weapon SWEPs, NPCs, or mods? I'd like to run a deathmatch mode and let the player buy Bullettime Mod, or various weapon sweps and npc allies.
