This is not DarkRP its fault, but Mad Cows Weapons. This addon you downloaded is still not properly fixed.
Yeah Mad Cows Weapons is awkward after the GM13 update, but I think someone released a fixed version. Try that? facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1236884
