This is my second release on Facepunch, The Advanced Name Changer v.1.0! This is just a really simple Name Changer with the options of setting a custom name in-game or rapidly changing to other players names. In the purpose of confusing players or admins or both.

That's the purpose, you can't change your name while in-game. Otherwise than with lua.
There are many other, I'd say even better, name changer scripts out there already.
If you change your name, everyone else see's it change in-game right? Like you could change it to someone else's name and they'd think you're them (If they're dumb enough..)

Yes, that is the basic idea of this lua scripts existance.
Again this script would only work on a server that allows name changing. It's relatively simple to defend against. Not saying it's useless but if a server owner wants to stop you from changing the name other users see then there's simply nothing you can do clientside.

That wont work, you need to have a hook on it, or some other that will keep the name as that all the time.

There's quite a few cracked servers in GMod (Pirated copies of GMod can access them). The community called "Random" is one of them.
