I KNOW TORTOISE SVN IS BETTER. IT IS FASTER AND MORE RELIABLE IN EVERY WAY. THIS IS FOR PEOPLE TOO FAT/STUPID/LAZY TO GET IT OR FIGURE IT OUT.

DON'T POST HERE JUST TO SAY TORTOISE SVN IS BETTER. I ALSO KNOW THIS THREAD ALREADY EXISTS. IT WAS LOCKED FOR BEING IN THE WRONG SECTION.

This is a Phoenix Storms SVN Downloader that is independent of any other program. It uses a .bat (everyone gasps) file to go to the PHX SVN trunk site and download it similar to tortuise SVN. As previously stated, I know tortoise svn is better, but this is for the retards/lazy people of the world.

For those of you virus freaks, here is how to check/edit it for yourself:
Right-Click on phx_download.bat, then, most commonly under the option "Open", click "Edit". In here you can read the code, and even modify it!

BUGS: On rare occasions this will stop at around 500mb to 1gb of phx downloaded, then shut down, and will have to be restarted entirely. I don't know why yet, just another reason to get tortoise SVN.

Please give me your feedback, and, once again, i know tortoise SVN is better, so dont post crap about this being stupid because you could use that. Tortoise SVN is better, but that is not the topic of this thread.

Well, this is great for people who are too lazy to make their own batch file or use TortoiseSVN.

Also, is putting this in Lua releases really accurate? This has nothing in it made with lua. Putting it in general discussion might be better, since it isn't a mod, lua or not.

That's where i put my last thread on this, and it was locked for being in wrong section, when that is for stuff that doesn't go anywhere else. I figured this would be the best section for something along these lines... thanks for your input :)

If there was a better section for this (maybe help and support?) i'm terribly sorry :( I thought this would go in programming but i couldn't find an icon for it so i figured it doesn't belong there....

Errr... Not to cause any broken hearts or anything, but way to just edit the easy svn downloader on the wiremod website.

Is not that we are lazy about creating our own batch file... The thing is that we don't know how to create them, there must be a tutorial of course but its for experienced people so that's it.
