GlobalChat - Another cross server communication tool

[release]This is a very simple tool that will allow you to send chat messages to other servers. It uses no modules so you won't have to worry about any DLL's. It works by using http.Get to post and receive messages. It works similarly to PrivateChat, but the "channel" is all the servers that are running the lua script that are pointing to your .php file.

[b]Requirements[/b]
*A web host with php and a sql database

[b]Installation[/b]
1.) Upload the chatter.php file to somewhere on your webhost
2.) Configure the php file to connect to a database that you have access to
3.) Create the sql table using the supplied .sql file
4.) Open the globalchat.lua file and edit the settings
-You will need to change the URL to point to the location of the php file
-Password should be equal to the password you set in the php file
-Put in a unique server name. This will be used while sending a message to all the other servers so you know where the message is originating from

5.) Upload globalchat.lua to your GMod server.
6.) Repeat steps 4-5 for all of your servers.
7.) Use the prefix you set in the lua file or "@@ <message>" in chat and enjoy!

Would it be possible for it to be changed slightly?
By adding a cvar (or something), so you could set who sees the messages.
That way you could set it to everyone, all Admins or just SuperAdmins.

Done.
I added a table in the settings table for receiving and sending user groups.
I also added a send delay option. A player will only be able to send a message every 10 seconds or whatever you set.

The custom chatbox is the one he made for his servers, i highly doubt he's going to release it.
