Hello, I have another problem with another gamemode.
I'm using the newest version of DarkRP in a Linux host (verygames).
Ok, the problem is the following. The gamemode doesn't save anything, the money, the doorsgroups, the configuration. Nothing. I tried with the mySQL and with the garrysmod database.
Please help me!
Sounds like a DB issue, are you sure you have configured the DB correctly?
I didn't modify any file of DB. When I play the gamemode in my computer it saves everything. That's crazy.
Please, help me. I only need repair this for open my server!
Step by step: Stupid Edition (not saying you're stupid)
1. check to make sure MySQL is running
2. Open _MySQL in the gamemodes folder
3. Make sure all the info is correct and you aren't missing any quotation marks ("" <- these little thingers)
4. Make sure it is uploaded to the server.
5. Make sure you have the MySQL lib for the server
6. If It's still not working, pay person over $9,000 to go to the server host and blow the server up
7. If the server survived and it still doesn't work, ask the server host support team, unless there isn't one.
if you're using SQLite make sure sv.db is owned by the user running srcds_linux
