I have a working gmod 13 copy of Fretta, but im not 100% if it works. My area is TTT but I have no idea how to work with fretta. Someone please help and get this working. Of course there will be payment.

Are you basically asking for Fretta GMod 13?
TTT is now standalone from Fretta, so you will need to convert it back.
