Everytime that your character loses health , he will emit a pain sound (like "ow" or "that hurts").You can choose the voice of one of L4D2 characters to play when hurt.The more you're hurt , you will emit a different sound (more deadly).
*Console Commands :
l4d2_painsounds 1/0 (def. 1) - Use pain sounds?
l4d2_paincharacter nick/rochelle/ellis/coach (def. nick) - Set the character's voice
*Requirements
Gm_mount2 and L4D2 mounted

Good for Zombie survival and what not.
Wish mounting wasn't necessary... (I got L4D2 for 360, and furthermore GMMount screws up my Gmod...)

Yes, but my computer is crap and cannot play L4D or L4D2... stupid SSe2...
