Grand Theft Auto V: Death Screen (Wasted) for Garry's Mod - Garry's Mod

What's up? Yesterday I found a simple addon in the internet for Garry's Mod that replaced the default death sound for the Grand Theft Auto V death sound. I saw potential in that addon so I wanted to make a similar addon but with the visual effects. Now, this is NOT EXACTLY like GTA V but I tried to make it look like the death screen of the original game. And now, I have just added a [B]video[/B].

GTA Online doesn't have slow-mo anyway so it's perfect as it is (singleplayer only).

Very awesome! People can really start to recreate Grand Theft Auto. I have one suggestion though, In Online it shows who killed you on the screen which would be good for any sort of gamemode. How come I don't have the signature GTA font? :/ [IMG]http://i.imgur.com/U6aYnIc.jpg[/IMG] Also can you add grain effects after the camera rotates a little when your dying?

There is a link on the workshop item page. Put the file in garrysmod/garrysmod/resource/fonts

You could use [img]http://wiki.garrysmod.com/favicon.ico[/img] [url=http://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/surface/DrawPoly]surface.DrawPoly[/url] in order to get that semi-transparent black polygon behind the Wasted text

'Wasted' should be a material to avoid the pain of using a font.

Depends on how the size compares for the font versus a png or vtf.
