Zombie Escape Black and White Texture HUD (help)

I was making a zombie escape server, and this is the one i used: [url]http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1187359[/url]

When i start the game, it works fine, but the entire screen turns into a [U]black and pink[/U] texture, you can see text, ammo, but you cant see the world, its only a black/pink picture
I tried this out with my brother on his computer and he has the same problem.

I am 99.9% sure i installed all of the files correctly. I use Filezilla.

sorry, i was already on this gamemode & addon release, so i didnt think if i should of changed it
