First real post, made a MOTD.. Nothing flashy just, meh.
Sorry if the codes pretty amateur, not that advanced.
Unfortunately doesn't have a config file just need to go into cl_init.lua and change the URL to your websites rules or whatever you desire.

I don't exactly see the point for the model on the right hand side. The font on the buttons is hard to read and using the default font while changing how the button looks just doesn't work that well. I also don't really see the point to a full-screen MOTD, I would suggest confining it to a smaller frame.

It adds balance to the design, plus if you have a shop addon; you could get it to display their model.
Its just sitting there, I don't notice much balance. It feels like it was just thrown in randomly.

It wasn't thrown in randomly, shows your player model which in some cases is beneficial especially with the Pointshop addon. I generally recognize the server I play on judging on the player model that is set. It can always be removed and HTML be enlarged.

Except, it's not showing any pointshop hats.. just the playermodel.

Not too bad.
Just remove the player model and make the window bigger and this MOTD would be pretty decent.
Oh, and the font color could e changed as well.

I've more or less redone the whole thing, thank you for your KIND ( I must capitalize that ) words and i'm pretty happy with the way it turned out, I'll most likely be making a new post for it as it's almost completely unrelated to this.. Thanks again <3

I was definitely wanting it without the playermodel as well. It is an awesome MOTD and have definitely fell in love with it!

I'm not sure if the new one i'm going to upload will be for you due to your liking, but i'll definitely simply remove the player model and extend the motd. thanks for your input!

You posted it on a public forum and I gave criticism without sugar-coating it. If you took it with a grain of salt that is your own thing, but don't act like I was an asshole.

I wasn't inferring that you're an asshole in this situation, you gave your opinion rather delicately and gave me ways to improve, I was more hinting towards individuals that rated some posts dumb when it really wasn't necessary and imho is slightly arrogant..
Well done man, keep it up. Practice makes improvement not perfection.
