I want mod that removes "Missing content" toybox blocks.

Everyone that has counter strike seems to think that the thing they've uploaded to toybox requires counter strike.
Seeing as a lot of people are probably wrong about this, could someone please make a mod that allows me to download content even if I don't have the game they think I require?
An added bonus would be things saying how much content I'm missing for each thing in toybox, since some people also upload things without giving required requirements, so I know that it'll fail before I download it.
