This tool lets you change the footstep sounds of a surface. For example, you can make a PHX plate sound like grass when you walk on it. The property can be duped.

You should make a video of this, it sounds good but i would like to see a video of the sounds that it makes before downloading.
You should add the Strider Foot to it aswell.
They are the same sounds as you would find on props in the game.
I don't remember whether I meant to not add the Strider foot or I accidentally deleted it, but I am leaning towards the former.

It's an addon. All sounds already come with Gmod.
On that note, I missed a ton of sounds that I will be adding in a next version. However, if you want to make sure a certain sound isn't forgotten, post it here.
Well I changed the panel and made it preview sounds, and I added a few:

Nice work, you dont do too many releases, but when you do they are darn well usefull.
When you say can be duped, do you mean the surface sound will stay at what you set it to if you upload it to a server without this tool?
No, it won't do anything on servers that don't have the tool. Spawning it on a server without the tool will also undo the property (as with any other addon stool).

Does it also change the hit (hitting with the crowbar) sound?
No it doesn't. I'll have to look into that, though I am not sure that I can override that sound.
Are you ever going to update this for Gmod 13? I remember this was extremely useful.
