you aren't going to make a more beautiful and better world if you are hosting ANOTHER HL2RP server. The fact that your post is 99% unreadable scares me even more.

You can make a more beautiful and better world by staying at least two planets away from HL2RP.
You don't need more plugins to make better RP - just better players.
