About the maps:
The maps has no restrictions so you also can go outside the map
The maps has a paintable sky (Make your own)
The maps has Npc nodes
You dont need CSGO for them
The map requirements:
The game also has to be installed and activated

EDIT: Is there anyway you can make the map props (like the chairs in the office room/hallways and the filing cabinets) only static?

Yeah having the proper clip brushes would help greatly so these maps could be used in gamemodes like TTT
