Need some help on a deathrun server

I startd helping a friend who opened a Gmod deathrun server and we need some help.

We have Evolve admin menu but we do not know how to get tags working, like custom tags, i wanted it to say owner for him and Co-Owner for me and like VIP or donator for people who donate.

Also we wanted a pointshop and we found a few but they had guns and health, and we just wanted like models,skins,hats,trails that kind of stuff.

I have been googleing for hours and can not find a thing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
