Getting Game Modes Working With Orange Box

ok so after a lot of searching threw these forums and google to not find much useful information I finaly figure it out...

I did this with orange box on Windows 7

First thing to get everything working the game mode text file in

E:\srcds\orangebox\garrysmod\gamemodes\DarkRP.txt
change to
E:\srcds\orangebox\garrysmod\gamemodes\darkrp.txt

Your game server command line should look something like this

E:\srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe srcds.exe -console -game garrysmod +map gm_construct +maxplayers 16 [B]+gamemode darkrp[/B] -ip 0.0.0.0

I tried it with -gamemode darkrp it dose not load it.. Not sure why windows based servers are having problems with the caps in the DarkRP.txt file but none the less it would not load. I tried loading the game mode several other ways. via server.cfg files etc and this was the only solution I came up with that worked
