I know this is just a request, but I will be thankful if anyone manages to make this.
Messing around with the new inflator, something irritating pops up when you deflate a limb. Normally in Gmod 12, the deflator stops when the limb is fully shrunk, but now that the limit's gone, it doesn't stop shrinking, when the limb vanishes, it suddenly comes back, inside out, and starts growing again. This is the result:

The biggest problem with this is that it ends up causing problems for posing purposes - the deflator was used alot to deflate stuff for the purpose of modelmixing, but now that the limit's gone there's no way to do this. There isn't much a sweet spot for the deflated/reverse-inflated limbs to rely on, either.
It's not exactly the most important thing needed in Gmod 13 right now, but an inflator stool with the old limits would be pretty helpful for posing purposes.
If anyone does decide to do this, I'd be really grateful.
Another problem with the inflator tool in GMod 13 is that the inflator tool doesn't shrink/grow bones that "parented" to a single bone (Like the fingers on a hand), and I think it has something to do with the bone manipulator. Hopefully, this problem will be fixed when someone decides to remake the STool.

I'm pretty sure it's defined by the physics mesh.
the new inflator doesn't seem to handle jigglebones very well either
necklaces and belts look ridiculous
