Does anyone know how to make a rules page or where to find ULX addons so I can look for one?
I will give it a go myself by making a modified !MOTD but i'm not very good with LUA, so if that fails, anyone know where to find addons? Thanks!
You don't need any lua to change the motd... just make an html page and save it in the garrysmod dir then add motdfile <path> to your server.cfg
