Why isn't anything else but Maps transferring?

Hello, i'm new here. I'm running a GMOD13 server with DARKRP and I'm trying to transfer files from the server using Fast Download. I can download the map just fine, but I cant download the custom weapons. my goal here is to allow my server to send all necessarily files to the client.

My folders are set like this;

garrysmod/maps
garrysmod/gamemodes
garrysmod/materials
garrysmod/sound
garrysmod/models

These are some errors I receive after map is done downloading;
--- Missing Vgui material vgui/hud/m9k_acr
--- Missing Vgui material vgui/hud/m9k_ak47
--- Missing Vgui material vgui/hud/m9k_ak74

Why isn't anything else but Maps transfering?
I'm wondering if there are any GMOD13 server gyros out here. Thanks in advance. ;)

Ok, I need to Force Download with this code:

resource.AddFile("file path inside")

I'm not sure where to place this code yet. But i'll figure it out.
