Car dealer NPC and inventory

I request someone who can code an NPC for darkrp, but it's a car dealer.
It's the only place you can buy cars, but also, when a player d/c's, it will save the car as there own personal inventory.
SO pretty much, an NPC to sell cars, and an inventory where when a player rejoins, they go back to the NPC and click spawn car.

I can offer rewards in return if this works correctly.
