I downloaded the workshop version, not alot of the models in the picture are included.

What is missing?
The Pelicans, alot of the destroyed vehicles, a bunch of signs and cars, aswell as a few other props.

That is a good point but It may also come under addons.
Anyways this stuff looks good and useful, only criticism is from the screenshots they look low res.
Needs work.
