i have recently bought a server through xenon and i have custom models. How do i have people download the models because my friend sees me fine but my other friend sees me as an error.

Put the models in your FastDL or if they are from the workshop you can use resource.addworkshop ([url]http://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/resource/AddWorkshop[/url])

You need to resource.addfile your models and materials and add them to your FastDL.

where is fastdl? i need like a youtube tut
If this is too hard for you, you should not be running a server. It's hard work, it takes a great deal of research/trial and error when you first start off. You can't expect to make a thread and be spoonfed constantly. So if you can't figure out the small things, there's no way you'll be able to handle the big things. Not to sound like a dick, but it does not look like you will be good at this.
