DakRP - NLR Box - Garry's Mod

[B][U]Description[/U][/B] The NLR Box, also know as New Life Rule Box. Is a small pop up VGUI display that appears when you die. Reminding you that you cannot return to the place you just died at. It contains text and a timer. It's highly configurable in many different ways. I saw that pretty much every single NLR Box you could find was broken to shit, so I decided I would create one from complete scratch and more neater and configurable code. I hope you guys enjoy! I don't like the idea of it being a VGUI NLR box. Make it draw under HUDPaint instead. I can't tell you how many times on other servers I have been typing in the chat only to be killed by a mug or something, and then the VGUI pops up and I can't even finish what I was writing until after I respawn.

Otherwise a nice, easy to customize NLR box. Nice work!

Besides the fact the guy is illiterate its an alright nlr box but it doesn't center to your screen nor does it count down for the nlr timer which would be nicer then just "wait 10 seconds" or whatever you choose it to be.

I've seen this exact same design being used for the past 4 years or so, I was using something that looked exactly like that (with a normal button instead of the blue one) when I first joined Facepunch. "NLR Box" I was expecting something using that : [lua] ents.FindInBox( pos1, pos2 ) [/lua] You know... to detect if the players if back in the same zone.

People get access to a free NLR box - they moan about spell mistakes they can fix easily themselves. @Edit: Speaking of which, you spelled "DarkRP" in your topics name wrong (lol)
