Looking good. Back when I ran New Vegas Roleplay it was hard as hell to find decent models. However I suggest using SVN if you are continuously updating this.

That's still a tad too much isn't it? I mean, for a post-apocalyptic vehicle it seems a tad too shiny when it's supposed to be cluttered with dirt.

Uncomment the $phongexponent and play around with the size and reduce the phong boots as well. The exponent will control the size of the sheen and thr exponent is the intensity.

So, I finished everything, and it is ready to upload, but I can't find a place that will take the large file :/
