It is advised that you keep an eye on the orb at all times. But keep your distance, You don't want to get too close.
You shouldn't interact with the Orb in any way, It's safest if you just keep your eyes on it. From a safe distance.
If you for some reason can't keep an eye on the orb, the orb will keep an eye on you. This Scripted Entity will make your players doubt their own sanity.
[B]Things that might occur if you don't keep an eye on the orb:[/B]

You might get slapped by a stunstick.
You might find yourself in an unfavorable position surrounded by explosive barrels, grenades or mines.
You might get physically assaulted by the Orb.
The Orb has mastered the art of handling automatic assault rifles. But you will never know if it was The Orb, or another player.
Things have been observed to spontaneously combust in the presence of an unattended Orb.
Gravity is just a theory. Never forget this.
The Orb is not always an Orb. It can be anything.
A temporal rift might cause another Orb to appear. This Orb will be unstable and might disappear at any moment.
The Orb has a large apetite and no table manners. Don't be suprised if something gets murdered behind your back.
Walls might not stop The Orb.

The Orb can't be damaged. Any attempt to damage The Orb will not end well for you.

The Orb can be spawned from the Entities tab and is located under the "Peculiar Things" category. The Orb is admin only for obvious reasons. [B]Spawn at your own risk.[/B]

orb_disabledamage - Disables all damage dealt by The Inconspicuous Orb. Screamers and Scares are still active! Default value: 0
orb_inertuntilinteraction - Makes The Inconspicuous Orb do nothing until interacted with. Default value: 0
orb_returntospawnpos - Makes the orb return to its spawn position rather than teleport to a random player when it doesn't have a target. Default value: 0
orb_dontresettarget makes the orb remember its target. (attacker or first activator) Default value: 0
orb_spawn admin only command to spawn the orb in non-sandbox gamemodes.
