Garry's Mod 10 Scoreboard

Hello, I ported the gmod 10 scoreboard over to 13 and I'm releasing it here because another member requested I do so in another thread.

Ratings save in sv.db under the "ratings" table and it supports DarkRP out of the box.

Alright so I decided to add support for DarkRP since people seem to like that gamemode a lot for some reason. You can find it on GitHub.

Yeah it's a pretty neat scoreboard, I don't know why gerald newman downgraded.

I have a friend who edited it to give yourself the gay rating and announce it to the server. It was funny
