I feel that this was an improvement over my last one. Also, I am open to criticism so feel free to post some!
Here is some music to go along with it.

The color tone fits with the setting ... but i dunno.
Feels a bit empty though, even if you wanted to lay
the focus on that guy.
It's a bit empty.
I suppose it almost makes him wish for a nuclear winter.
Royalpain obviously didn't played FO:NV.
Where did you get that Ed-e model?

Is that about me? Why I rated it artistic as it is a very nice image. Plus I have played FoNV over 400 hours of it.

Silverlan's gamemode, Aftermath. You have to download through an SVN.

That is kind of what I wanted to capture since it is post apocalyptic and there is not much left. I probably could have added a few of the creatures in the distance though. Thank you for your input regardless!

Since I based it on Fallout: New Vegas I kind of wanted to leave it empty but as I said to Viper, I probably should have added a few things off in the distance and now that I think of it, I should have seen if there is a vertibird model somewhere and added it off in the distance.
Never put the subject in the center, ever.
Image the screen to look like this:

The subject should go into one of the areas where the lines cross or at least very close.
If you did that tiny little thing, it would greatly improve the look of the picture.
The darkness is fitting but i think there's a bit too much of it

I took a bunch of screenshots at different levels of contrast so here is one that is a lot lighter.

And here is one that is only a little.
