Not all snipers are "blending in with your environment", but this one perhaps has gone too far to be noticed.
Also, the gun(scope) is way to close to his eye. It'd give him a black eye if he shot, the gun would probably fly out of his hands as well.
Somehow this reminds me of mirrors edge.
