I think the overall idea for the pose is great, but could have been executed a little better. Some editing would've helped a lot. Also, the soldier in the middle standing.. his legs seem to be a little off. Bent at the ankles?
Other than that, it's a great picture.

I really really like this, but I only have a few complaints. Number one is the blood on the injured soldier. Looks like you just used the decal tool on him. Now, this isn't really a bad thing except that some bits don't get covered correctly, leaving a straight edge on the decal and making it look ugly (Ex. the inside of the right hand). You could probably solve this by either editing the blood yourself post-screenshot, or just by photoshopping the straight edges so they are more randomized, or as if it is dripping down his hand.
Other small things include the standing soldier looking a bit too relaxed and whatever he's standing behind is floating. Overall, this is a great screen and really can't be improved upon other than what I pointed out. Really digging the busted up skull in the back.
Posing and DOF looks nice.
Not a fan of the default blood though.

I got a fucking trauma, and the part when Wade dies and calls for his mama made me :gonk:
The guy behind the floating metal thing looks awkward and the default blood is low-res and is randomly cut off.
