The lighting seems a bit too clean and the Pelican is a bit low-res, but this is still quite pretty.
Yeah I thought about fixing the Pelican up to look better. Damn me and my laziness. What do you mean by the lighting is too clean though? Like there needs more variation?
Not bad, not bad. The AA tracers in the background could seriously use some glow though.

I mean, I'd imagine a giant fireball to give off more of an orange hue.

I think the posing is good, but the fire could've been much better.

The effect in background is bit weird, but it's pretty good on lighting in both sides.

The fire isn't quite right, it looks like you're looking up close at a small fire, instead of at a large distant fire. Add way more detail to it and shrink down the scale of everything to make it look like it's farther away. Cool idea though, looks pretty nice overall. Lightning's face looks kinda messy though, I would have lit her face separately and photoshopped it in, because everything else looks great but her lighting is just odd.

Actually it doesn't look like a fire at all. Not even close.
Can we see the original?
New lighting's much better. Seems a lot more colorful now.
