Blood looks kind of flat.
Also needs more Nightcall.
I like it but truthfully the blood looks more like it's been stuck on instead of blended into the photo.
yeh really lazy blood edit - needs to be dodged and burned for highlighted and shadowed areas of the surface it's on and have some perspective edited in. i can see where it wasn't erased properly so it stretches off the character too
