Yellow glow seems a bit.. off I don't know. Maybe could have dabbed down the picture with a bit of hooplah in photoshop and tried using a grain overlay on the picture itself to give the aroma of Doctor.

What exactly do you mean? Like a grain over the entire pic? How heavy of a grain effect?
