Big ass axe he's got there
The rocketlauncher is held backward and you could have done a better fingerposing on his axe wielding hand
Other than that, nice job!

he can float, he has tons of weapons around his body, the pyro is flying ON LADDERS i never knew it was possible, and the soldiers head has mounted to his arm

The ladders are also supposed to be wings to the jetpack that you can see on

There are a lot of things wrong with that pic, but it's not too bad for the first.
Keep practicing and you'll become better.
The color is odd but the concept is pretty cool. Very good for a first.
