It's not bad. I would zoom in a bit more and use SDoF instead of normal DoF (SDoF looks TONS better). I would also recommend using a prettier map. As it is, it's a bit hard to tell what's going on.

The problem that I always have, is trying to get a good expression into people's faces. Most of the time, instead of fear, it just looks like they jizzed themselves.
Faceposing is [I]extremely[/I] difficult to do well. If I were to try to make a serious facepose I would probably end up repainting the entire face in Photoshop so it wouldn't look stupid. I wouldn't worry about it too much though.
I would recommend specifically trying to make your faceposing look as if the subject has recently jizzed, or is currently in the process of jizzing him or herself.
Every expression you learn how to do improves your ability to facepose!

If you're going to use large maps with a lot of space, make sure to fill in all of it or else the picture will look boring.
I tried to spice it up, but I couldn't get the planes to look right. I'll get some good fighters shopped in.

Or, alternatively, get a tighter camera angle so you don't waste space. For that shot, maybe you'd want to do more of an over-the-shoulder view from the soldier and zoom in a bit. It all depends on what you want.

Still working out some stuff in Paint.net, I'll release a beefed up/effect heavy version later.
The latest pic is so much better, but you still need to be more selective with your maps. Good, detailed maps are fucking hard to find, but they can make the difference between a mediocre (or even pretty poor) picture and an excellent one. I'd also suggest you put a lot of time into getting your posing more natural-looking, and find out whatever's making the Germans look aliased as shit and unfuck it (I'm tempted to say simple DoF, but I can't be sure).
I was fiddling with Super DoF, and checking out what it can do.

I dont exactly like the posing of the guy on the right. The way he was thrown out of the car is not normal. Unless he was standing in the car, sitting backwards or changed direction mid air, it doesnt look normal. That aswell as the map. Other than that i like it.
