That is some distractingly-stringy hair. The rest of the editing is spot-on, though - I'd love to see a step-by-step editing walkthrough. The background almost looks like a painting.

Hair just... doesn't look like that. It's a nice effort but you probably could have done this faster and nicer by making smooth, low opacity strokes with some fading out using a tiny soft brush.

The hair is a bit thick and afro-like but it's a ton better than the weird spidery attempt of exhale's.

You got the atmosphere of the club down better I think too - looks less bleak and creepy. Overall though I'd say exhale's picture is clearer and has nicer lighting and texturing work.
