I think he should be standing taller, my mind keeps making him say "Aaaay baybeee!" because of his stance. I think it might just be that his legs are out to the sides actually. I think the look could be improved with more bright highlights and a darker overall look. Try adding more light, bumping up the contrast and darkening it a bit.
