I see what you were trying to do,
but it seems like you should have just had a REALLY close shot from the side of batman's face,
and had the bad guys, pretty much as is.
That way it creates the atmosphere of Batman being stalked by bad guys in the background.
And you avoid the... well 'Blue-man" effect you got here.
