Agreed with Ilwrath, plus the aliasing (as seen in the original image) on the bottom side of the SMG on the left is kind of sluggishly hidden. I would've taken more time to fix it.

Why assume literally the only weapons in the world after the invasion would be an MP7 that somehow fires 40mm grenades from a second 4.6mm barrel, a USP Match (but not a normal USP), the SPAS-12, AR-2, Combine sniper rifle and then the rocket launcher and crossbow (and, of course, the crowbar, grav gun, etc.)? It makes more sense that there would still be a profusion of other weapons, mostly those common in the local area before the invasion (so mostly Warsaw Pact gear).
Posing and angle are good, but there are way too many effects for my taste.
