Equip your trusty water bottle and drink from it. Then throw the bottle at the zombie, because the zombie's face isn't worthy enough to be stabbed by your knife. :v:

close the door and block it

Go back to the first room, drink the wiskey, lie on the bed crying, contemplate suicide due to the infected world and long-lost love, cut wrists with knife, curl up and think about what death would feel like while you slowly die.
