Made using gmod beta and avon's 3d panel_base. FPS while watching video ~35 (fraps dropped it to 18).

Do a little more work on it, and you will have a huge hit of a addon there.
Here is why i will not release this:
1 This is just tech preview, it has many problems like crashes, lags etc
2 This require web server to work
3 It not too hard to edit avon's 3d panel so it will work like this
