I think it's good picture.
Too much lazy burning and not enough highlights. Everything looks kinda dull and dark.
The grenade launcher not actually resting on the rear man's shoulder is a little awkward, and the picture seems a little dark in the foreground for what seems to not be very dense foliage above and behind them.
