Sarcasm? They're riot police (and British ones at that), yet they're carrying shotguns.. :C I suppose you could use the grenade launchers (teargas grenades), but you'd still have to atleast skin them tacticool black. And then it wouldn't be London, it'd be Ireland.

Nope. With the exception of Northern Ireland, the police here don't use anything besides their shield, baton, and protective gear. The PSNI (Northern Ireland) does what it likes, though - teargas grenades, water cannons, the lot.

I saw footage of Riot Police on the news trying to hold back Rioters with Riot Shields and it was hilarious because the Rioters practically pushed them out of the way. (It was about the rioting in the UK)
