if you have the gmod 13 beta, you can make a pose then use the command "poster <number>" to create a screenshot that is X amount of times larger than your monitor resolution(where X is a number from 1 to 10 although i reccomend 4), then you can scale it down and most jaggies will disappear.

More useful tips thanks! Sadly Gmod 13 is broken so I had to use the old Gmod.
